Communication with Dr. Fasick is outstanding - after hours or on weekends makes no difference, my concerns are addressed first thing come business hours! I can contact Dr. Fasick via email or through an app entitled ‘SigmaMD’ without having to go through an answering service and she replies directly to me. This personalized service is something that is currently missing in most of the medical world today with corporations now running the medical practices. I really feel I know my doctor and I have a personal relationship with her under this DPC system.
Recently, I had a need for a minor surgical procedure. I contacted
her via the app and she called me on the phone and said she had some time if I would come in. I did and she took care of it. And, guess what? There was no waiting, no charge, and no insurance company involved! The same holds true for regular checkups! And the checkups are about an hour, plenty of time to learn about Dr. Fasick and she to learn about you. This kind of service is but just a little of the benefits of the subscription.
Dr. Fasick is a very practical, down-to-earth, human being that I can
comfortably talk with and with whom I believe I can develop a personal rapport. In the vernacular, she’s ‘good people.’ I highly recommend Healing Grace DPC.
